Luckily, Fresh Design Studio’s Representative Program (FDs Rep) allows ANYONE at any age, computer skill level, and current job situation to be part of this highly profitable trend. The FDs Rep’s residual income program is the first IT sales program with no start-up cost and full support from Fresh Design Studio’s IT team.
Fresh Representative
Fresh Representatives are motivated and driven individuals that take control of their own financial freedom. They understand with FDs Rep, there is no limit of how much residual income one can make. As more and more businesses are going online, the time to claim your piece of this growing pie has never been better.
To become a Fresh Representative, you will need to pass training seminars on IT salesmanship, leadership and IT products education. There is NO COST associated with these seminars.
As a Fresh Representative you are entitled to the following tools and benefits:
- An Authorized Reseller license of all Fresh Design Studio’s Web Development and Web Rental Programs including:
a. You can offer clients services from the most affordable to the most extreme, complex website products
b. You can offer clients a web site rental with as low as $10/month to start and many more options
c. A dedicated IT support team that will be there to help you answer any technical questions
- Free sales and leadership training by IT sales professionals
a. You will be educated on the unique characters of the IT sales industry
b. You have the option to specialize in different areas (Web, Database, IT Support and more)
c. You can have the opportunity to work individually or in teams
- 15%-20% commission to all sales even if they are monthly subscription services
a. For any non-subscription based contract, you are entitled to 15% of the sales amount
b. For any monthly subscription based contract, you are entitled to 20% of the sales amount monthly
c. With experience, you will have the opportunity to move up as a Fresh Manager
Fresh Managers
Fresh Managers must demonstrate exceptional leadership along with their success in the FDs Rep Program. While Fresh Managers can still sell Fresh Design Studio’s products as a representative, their important duty is really to help other young representatives reach their potential.
To become a Fresh Manager, one must earn Fresh Points through sales experience.
- Earn over 80 Fresh Points within the first 3 months of becoming a Fresh Representative
- Or earn over 160 Fresh Points within the first year of becoming a Fresh Representative
- Or earn over 200 Fresh points as a Fresh Representative
- An Authorized Reseller license of all Fresh Design Studio’s Web Development and Web Rental Programs including:
a. You can offer clients services from the most affordable to the most extreme, complex website products
b. You can offer clients a web site rental with as low as $10/month to start and many more options
c. A dedicated IT support team that will be there to help you answer any technical questions

- 25%-30% commission on all sales even if they are monthly subscription services
a. For any non-subscription based contract, you are entitled 30% of the sales amount
b. For any monthly subscription based contract, you are entitled 25% of the sales amount monthly
c. With experience, you will have the opportunity to move up as a Fresh Director
- Recruit and manage Fresh Representatives and earn from their sales
a. Free IT salesperson recruitment training
b. 10% of recruited and managed Fresh Representatives’ sales
Fresh Directors
Fresh Directors are people who are on top of their games with IT sales and the FDs Rep program. They are recognized as a top salesperson as well as excellent managers. In addition to your large residual income and commission as a Fresh Director, you will be a member of the Fresh Design Studio Executive Board. That means you will have the option to obtain a stable salary income from the Fresh Design Studio, LLC and the power to vote on company executive decisions.
As a Fresh Director you are entitled to the following tools and benefits:
- An Authorized Reseller license of all Fresh Design Studio’s Web Development and Web Rental Programs including:
a. You can offer clients services from the most affordable to the most extreme, complex website products
b. You can offer clients a web site rental with as low as $10/month to start and many more options
c. A dedicated IT support team that will be there to help you answer any technical questions
- Free sales and leadership training by IT sales professionals
a. You will be educated on the unique characteristics of the IT sales industry
b. You have the option to specialize in different areas of IT products
c. You can have the opportunity to work individually or in teams
- 35%-40% commission on all sales
a. For any non-subscription based contract, you are entitled to 40% of the sales amount
b. For any monthly subscription based contract, you are entitled to 35% of the sales amount monthly
- Recruit and manage Fresh Representatives and earn from their sales
a. Free IT salesperson recruitment training
b. 20% of recruited and managed Fresh Representatives and Mangers’ sales
Fresh Points system
Fresh Points system was designed to reward and motivate successful representatives and managers. We don’t like overly complicated reward systems, so we created a system that’s effective and simple.
+1 Fresh Point per $100 in sales
+5 Fresh Points for bringing in each new client
+10 Fresh Points for each newly recruited Fresh Representative if the recruited representative makes their first sale within 3 months.Case Study: After Kelly recruited John as a Fresh Representative, she sold a custom web-design to a local restaurant for $5,000. She received +5 Fresh Points for bringing in a new client, +50 Fresh Points for sales (50 x $100), and +10 for recruiting John, who also made a sale the next month after training. Kelly earned 65 Fresh Points total.
